PeopleSoft Fundamentals: Bridging the Gap from Banner to PeopleSoft*

This course will cover vocabulary alignment and common terminology, process flow and role responsibilities, and system basics to access and navigate the PeopleSoft login and Employee Self-Service screens. It also will provide background on the project and next steps in the transition of the two payroll systems (Banner and PeopleSoft) into a single, integrated system for the University (PeopleSoft). This course is intended for Banner employees transitioning into PeopleSoft.

This virtual instructor-led training (webinar) on the PeopleSoft Absence System, the bolt-on module that will replace the Absence Reporting System. The course will cover elements of the PAS system including: Employee Balance view, entering paid time off (PTO) for an employee, absence reports, and editing PTO in the system. This course is intended for administrators in the PeopleSoft Absence System.

Web Clock

Job Aid / Web Video (.25 hour)
This online video tutorial will cover how to: login to the system, punch in and out using Web Clock, correct errors in a timesheet. This course is intended for hourly and non-exempt (overtime eligible) salaried employees who will use WebClock to record hours worked.

Employee Self-Service

Job Aid / Web Video (.25 hour)
This online video tutorial will cover how to: login to PeopleSoft, navigate Employee Self-Service, edit information, and what to do if an employee cannot correct his/her information in the system directly. It will also encompass the Employee Balance View portion of the PeopleSoft Absence System (PAS) training. This course is intended for all employees who will need to access Employee Self-Service in PeopleSoft in order to view and edit personal information, view paychecks, etc.
