How do I log in to RU Marketplace?

  1. Log in to myRutgers portal (my.rutgers.edu), using your NetID and password.
  2. Click the Cornerstone tab.
  3. Open the RU Marketplace (SciQuest) app.

How can I request access, or a change in my access to RU Marketplace?

To request access to the RU Marketplace, select the "Request Access (Cornerstone)" tab on the myRutgers portal and follow the posted instructions.

Where can I sign up for in-person training?

To access Cornerstone training, log into https://hrservices.rutgers.edu/CornerstoneTraining/
Select Procurement and Expense Management, then select P2PRQ010. Choose sessions that are open/available.

How do I manage my RU Marketplace profile?

Go to the Rutgers Homepage → Dropdown next to Your Name → View My Profile.  Please note that you will be unable to edit your name or email address as that information is provided by the portal. If corrections are required, contact the team supporting the portal. The primary item to be updated by you is the notifications. There is a WBT on managing notifications.

Will I have the same level of access to RU Marketplace as I have had in RIAS or Banner?

During the launch of RU Marketplace, schools/units were asked to confirm that employees assigned the requestor role had equivalent access in RU Marketplace. If an individual was not granted access, the school/unit should request access.

Does the Shopper have to complete training?

No, a Shopper is not required to take training, but we recommend either in-person or online.training for RU Marketplace,

I’m having problems using the RU Marketplace link from Office 365. What do I do?
